smartphonestraders.com big scam reno Nevada

i was trying to sell my old phones they both iphone 5 16 gb and i found this company called smartphonestraders .com they quoted me  $ 120 for each phoneso  i mailed the 2 phones after i tracked the phones and i found that they r delivered i started to call to check on the status their  response alawys was from the woman who answer the phone was that she will email the supervisor to let him know about my concern and they will get back to me within 24 hours but nothing happen than i started send emails to see maybe they will answer but their answers was to call their 800 number so i called and i called and still no answer after 30 days i called and i say i want my phones back again they told me someone will call me back than again no one call so i called again and i say i want my phones back because its been 30 days and my phones are sitting in their facility for 2 weeks than the woman put me on hold and when she got back to me she told me that they never receive the phones and they have to wait another 30 days to be able to file a claim and after the woman didn't make any sense and she was lying and i ask her if u know for the 2 weeks that my phones were not delivered and the shipping company lost the phone why in the last week when i called 6 times they didn't tell me until i say i need my phone back  u r telling me my phones were lost this company is a big scam now nothing i can do i lost my pnones i think   someone should investigate them because they are hurting a lot of people
