This company is touted under pseudonym of a Lissa Anderson, however the PayPal account name is under a; Lukas Pekarcik. I paid $144.00 for SEO services, then sent 6 emails and didnt get any reply. This was on the 19th of October 2017.
I have contacted Paypal, however given all this publicity, I fail understand why PayPal have not closed his account

I Filed ths report against SEO services as I had paid funds, but had no replies to my emails. I have now been informed that Lissa Anderson was Hospitlised during this time and was apparently not able to respond to my emails. Lissa has since contacted me and offered her unreserved apologies and provided a full REFUND and offered to undertake the work for free.I hereby wish it noted, SMARTSEOSERVICES are NOT a Scam.
