I have just gotten back from smartsyle salon and I am extremely angry and stressed out about what has happend to me today. I went in there to get my hair colored. I showed the stylist what color I wanted my hair.It was a real light brown.She said ok and started to color my hair.She started with my roots.That took her an hour to do.Then she started cutting another customers hair and after 15 minutes came back to me and started to put more dye on my roots.I waited there for another hour.When she came back she colored the rest of my hair and told me that it would only be 15 minutes.She came back in 15 minutes and washed my hair.After that she blowed dried my hair and ironed it.I told her that it looked horrible.
My hair turned out to be orange on top and many different haircolors on the bottom.I told her that I was not satisfied.And she said that if I came back she would correct the problem.I told her that was fine and left.I dont have a car so I actually had to take a cab to go and get my hair done,which cost me $15.I got home and looked at my hair some more and I was furious.It looks hoirrible,so unprofecional.So I called and asked to talk to the manager.She was very rude from the beginning.I told her I payed $74 and all I wanted for them to do is to take the color out and to give me some of my money back.She said they would not take the color out and I could not get my money back.She said if I wanted to she would try tocorrect it.I explained to her that I would have to pay another $15 for a cab and have to find a babysiter to watch my two kids.She said that that was not her problem that all she could do is try to correct it.I got my haircolred Saturday and I wanted to come in the next dy and she told me no, that they would have other people coming in to get their haircolored and that I would have to wait till next Saturday.All I want is to at least get some of my money back so I can go to somebody that knows how to color hair.
