SMC SCAM! Go to www.womens-health.com/boards/lounge/12209-smc-scam.html.  and read her story. Almost identical. The SAME thing ALMOST happened to me! I went to the SMC website (showing Tom Bosely) and signed up for free information. The very next day I received a Sales call  from a "representative" who instructed me to go to my computer and enter ( smc98.com) into the address bar. It took me to another website then he said he would take over from there. That particular site (opperated by the rep) went step by step how SMC works. Remember, only the day before ,I had requested a FREE information packet which, as the site said, would reach me in about a week or so, then after seeing 'all' of the info, I could then decide whether I wanted to join or not. BUT when the 'rep' called me the next day, he used a HIGH and very INTENSIVE sales pitch wanting me to give him my financial information over the phone right then and there. I told him NO and he then proceeded to offer me more 'free offers' and continued asking me to buy either the Gold or Silver plan and kept asking me to provide my financial info right then and there! I saw it as a SCAM.!!!!  I asked him "did he think 'Oklahoma' was another word for 'STUPID'!?"  I told him he was not getting ANY financial information from me today or any other day and, (while he was still using his high pressure tactics) I promptly hung up on him. FOLKS,  SMC is a SCAM!!!!  Look before you leap! You work hard for your money, as I do. PLEASE, don't throw it away.
