SMGL Corporation Jewellery Online Wholesale stole my money!!! Chaura Rasta, Jaipur, Other

I ordered bone jewelry from SMGL Corporation last February 2010 and have not received them yet.  I have sent countless e-mails to the company and have received responses from them such as "...parcel is on the way" or "parcel is stuck at customs" or "parcel is at your destination". 

I have requested SMGL to send me the copies of the shipping documentation and invoice and they sent me a spreadsheet that could have been made by anyone.  They sent me a copy of an invoice that declared my shipping destination as "Island"; my address was not listed anywhere on the shipping documents or on the invoice.

I approached my bank about a possible credit of the amount I already paid to SMGL Corporation but was informed that I already exceeded the time limit of 60 days.  It was very frustating on my part because had I not waited for the supposed 30 days production time and 15 days delivery time and had I not wasted 20 days of useless e-mail communication with SMGL, my bank could have credited the amount I already paid to SMGL. Lesson learned.
