I responded to an add for a free sample of this product (Extreme Fit 180). I only needed to pay for the shipping charge. I was careful to insure there was no 'auto-fulfill' clause associated with the order.
I received the free sample three months ago. Since then, I have been charged $84.90 per month with no explanation, no additional shipments, etc. I have placed at least ten calls to the company (866-303-5124) without any response. When the first charge hit, I contacted my bank and left a number of messages with Byrd Health Products. They have yet to return my call, but I was hopeful the charges had stopped.
Yesterday, I was charged again and have contacted my bank, put a block on the company and begun fraud proceedings.
This company is a total scam. Why else would there be no response, no way to get to their website, and continued abuse of a client's trust.
