Received the incorrect product when they sent me half the aligners. Argued with them for a month to get the correct aligners sent. The aligners ended up not working at all and my teeth are still crooked.

Customer didn't use the product long enough

After looking at your photos, it seems that you just used the product and didn't get the retainer to keep the teeth straight.
How long ago did you use the product? Did you use it the full term?
Also, this report doesn't share before and after pictures or share any more detail that is needed for a proper complaint.

Company Wants to Charge Me for Their Mistake

The company had me go to a local lab to get scans to get new aligners set up. They ended up deciding that I needed to pay an additional $99 monthly in order for me to get the correct aligners. Not sure why I have to pay twice as much to get the product and services I was orignally promised.
This sounds more like a scam instead of an actual company with solutions.

I did send pictures and emails to the company but they kept asking for more pictures even when I sent the requested pictures. It seems more like they want to delay fixing things instead of trying to help.
