SmiONE VISA SmiONE VISA child support card Nationwide

 The department of revenue child support enforcement switched from Eppicard to SmiONE and it was the biggest mistake they could have made. My child support payments are often late, which was never a problem before the switch. I've gotten 3 replacement cards in a years time because the chip on the cards did not work. They charge a fee for declined transactions, which I found out only because I accidentally entered the wrong pin. The customer service is terrible, unprofessional and not at all helpful. I have been receiving child support payments for the last 10 years and never had a problem until they switched to SmiONE. I dont know what prompted the switch, but I sincerely hope they go back to eppicard or atleast someone other than SmiONE. I have yet to read a possitive comment about this company.
