Smith Farm Condominiums HELP!!! Inhaling sewer gas odor from our condo. since we moved on July 13th. We are vomiting, headache, dizzy spells, sneezing. heart palpitation. We are getting very sick. Columbus, Ohio 43228 Ohio

We purchase our condo and it was not disclosed to us that there is a sewer oder problem. We discover this after moving in.

We ripped up the carpet and replaced it with wooden floors in trying to get rid of oder. We had the air ducts professionally cleaned. Electrician checked air conditioning unit and HVAC system. checked electrical brackers, changed floor vents, paint basement floors and more.

We reported the sewer oder problem to Mr. Jim Chew our condo manager. The association is responsible for any sewer problem. He sent a plumber who checked the toilets for sewer gas oder, replaced some wax ring around toilet. Then Mr. Chew threathened us that we have to pay the bill for the plumber he sent. 

The gas oder fills our condo. We have not had prpber sleep since we are here. We are coughing and vomiting. We got up in the mornings smelling like sewer. Our pillows and clothes smell like sewer. I am afraid we are going to get voilently sick if the problem is not taken care of immediately. Mr. Chew refused to help us any further.

We are living in the sewer. We are seniors and getting very sick from sewer oder. Please help us.
