This place called me one day stating I had unpaied loans which I do but already had payment plans arraigned. So I set up a payment plan with this company and my first payment was for a hundred dollars they said to go to target and get a hundred dollar iTunes card and pay with that so i did . Then the next month I wasn't able too pay it because My rent was do and just got cut off my unemployment checks and i informed them of that then they sent me a email calling me a fraud and telling me to prepare for prison so i filed a complaint..

You Got Scammed!

A VERY common scam, probably the most common right now, is scammers pretending to be debt collectors, call and berate people into paying them with Itunes cards. No legitimate debt collector would ever ask you to do that, they would ask you to mail payment or go to their website and pay online. You've been had and you can kiss your $ you paid goodbye.
BTW: if you already had pre-arragements to pay this debt with someone else, why would you even bother a total stranger calling you, asking for money? Future going: when someone calls you or emails you, claiming you owe money, tread carefully. If they start threatening you with jail or such nonsense, it is 100 percent a scam.
