I just visited this dealership today. Looking to lease a Nissan Rouge 2009. After a test drive a discussion with a fellow who goes by the name of 'Gran', I had to further discuss with a 'Stan' the finance supervisor, who quoted me a price: $600 which includes all taxes and fees, and 279 monthly - seemingly a great deal, expecially since they promised to get me out of my current lease which had 3 months remaining on it.
I asked Stan if the 600 is including everything and I even elaborated that by everything I mean that it is the total amount of money that I will pay upfront including taxes and fees, and Stan confirmed that it is.
I had to leave for an hour, they said that they'll give me copies of the paperwork after I get back - I did not get a copy of the quote.
When I got back they asked me to clear out my car, and put my stuff in bags; I did. Next they kept me waiting for over an hour and a half. When I asked what's going on, they said that they cannot find the keys to the new car - they lost them all! How odd! Especially since we just test drove the car hours earlier. They suggested a solution - I could take another car with a premium package or a different color - it would cost me more of course - but I'll have my car that day.
Something did not seem right, so I asked for my quote - guess what they modified the written quote!!! they added below the $600 down in handwriting '+ taxes and fees' I was shocked this is clearly fraud. I asked about this, they said that that's what I signed! They even said that my old car has already been returned to the leasing company and they may not be able to get it back. I did not know if to leave or stay and argue with them. I decided to argue. They gave me my old car back, and I drove away.
I was never insulted this way in my entire life, especially since they made me take all of my personal belongings out of my car. The feeling I have is that this dealership has very little problem committing fraud just to get your money. My suggestion - STAY AWAY FROM THEM these people are crooks and scammers!

Class action lawsuits cost tens of thousands of dollars if not more and very often the only winners are lawyers. Ford just settled the Explorer suit. Plaintiffs got a $500 voucher towards a new Explorer. Lawyers got about 9 million.
Sometimes the continual "class action" calls from you undereducated consumers is ridiculous.
If I had a penny for every ignoramus who cried for a class action suit I'd be richer than Bill Gates.
