Smog N Tag...,Daniel or Chamkaur Treated rudely with foul language & called drunks just for asking question on retest & charged for free retest North Highlands California

 To whom it may concern I am writing this letter in protest of treatment by Daniel of smog & tag of 6421 Watt Ave. North Highlands Ca. My wife & I took our 1984 motorhome to have smog test done & failed due to gas leak. We repaired leak at carburetor & took back for free retest. We were told that timing was off running at 0 & needed to be at 8 & started to receive attitude from Daniel who immediately said I don't like your tone & to fail the vehicle telling me to leave & calling us drunks! This was at 9am & charged us $79.00 for free retest! After having timing reset at local repair shop. After talking to repair man he said that this is not the first time this shop has miss treated customers. Checking with other local smog test shop to do test we were informed that this shop Smog & Tag has also treated other customers poorly as they have done tests for vehicles that have passed but were told of poor treatment by this facility. I am sending this letter in hope of something being done about the treatment of customers by this business. Thank You, Retired Disabled Veteran
