I purchased my Smoke Box (Hekkpipe) online from http://boxhookah.com/ after seeing several photos of it on Instagram https://instagram.com/smokeboxhookah
I paid almost $160 for my Smoke Box Retro which was reported to be "The World's First Retro Portable Hookah!" The company claimed the hookah was a real "head turner" and they weren't kidding. First of all the item looked way worse in person that it did in any of the photos I had seen online and the worst part was the poor workmanship. I realize the item was hand made but honestly the Smoke Box I received was definatly not work $100. It was basically made out of cheap plywood and the cuts and fit were poor. I think I could have done just as good of a job myself. My main issue was the fact that the Box Pipe fell apart in less than a week after smoking from it maybe five time. I figured for $160 the company would make things right but I was shocked when a man named Felix bascially accused me of breaking my own Hookah and refused to do anything about it. Needless to say I am sorry I ever gave these guys my money. For $160 you can get a way nicer Box Hookah from a far more reputable (and polite) company. Stay away from these guys!

The clown that made this posting goes by The Name "Dr. Dissent" aka "Voice of Dissent." None of the people posting on here is me. More troll garbage allowed by Ripoffreport with no double checking, but. The Good news is, I've gathered the money to have these fake troll postings taken care of in court. This one is the 3rd one and counting. Only a clown would think about slandering peoples name, with fictional garbage.

After filing this report the owner contacted me and made things right. I have a new hookah that looks great. I guess there was a communication problem, but whatever the case, I can definatly recommend these guys again.

Fail trolls like you leave reviews on my products, which I never accused you of not paying for. Fine you paid for it. But once I get the money I am under no obligation to give you another hookah that I spent my time building just because your fat a* probably dropped yours listening to too much Von Fail troll garbage or SO go run your mouth somewhere else not on Ripoff Report because that effects my business.
