Smoke fifty- one ez smoke these people are ripping me off pembroke park , Florida

I purchased this ez smoke off of a yahoo site, they said they would charge me 9.99 for a week trial.well i received this from a company called smoke 51 about a month later.....they took out the 9.99 immediatley  and the day i received the smoke 51 trial my bank was billed 89.99.i did not get a free trial . in fact i went to my bank the same day i recieved this and i was being hit with 46 dollars in overdraft charges. because they came after the 89.99 before i had  the money in the bank or my free time to even check this out.i tried to call them and of course there is no way to get ahold of these people.what is really upseting is the thing does not work .i keep getting the jelled filled stuff in my mouth and it has made me sick.also where is the vapor? it says when you call to go to the web site return@smoke51.com  well i did that it does not work all you can do is send a email .and hope you get one back in 4 to 6 weeks . well within that time i would have been into this non working cigarette for over 200.00 .i should have known any company that will not deal directly with you and takes out 89.99 for cartriges every month.would be a scam.i am contacting the bbb.please stay away from these people.
