I have placed several orders since June with Smoke on Sale.com. Orders came as expected until the last 4 orders I placed starting Oct 22,2010. That order was for $168; Order placed on Oct 29, 2010 was for $168; order placed on Oct 29, 2010 was for $168; order placed on Nov 2, 2010 was for $336; and last order was placed on Nov 16, 2010 for $336. I have not received any of these orders. Since I had been ordering since June I felt this was a safe site. Smoke on Sale is not responding to my requests for either my orders or to refund my money. I have repeatedly requested to speak with an individual. I have never been able to speak to anyone - all I get is an automated answering machine that states that they are busy and will return my call. I have called at least 22 times, sent numerous emails requesting what the problem is. I have dates, and numbers of my orders and the bank statements showing order and processing withdrawals from my debit card.
I need and want to pursue this to the fullest extent. This company needs to be put out of business. Thank you for your support and any help you are able to furnish me will be greatly appreciated.

There's a clue to the problem. Beginning July 1st of this year, federal law prohibited the shipment of tobacco products through the U.S. mail. Since Fedex and UPS already prohibited such shipments, the mail order tobacco industry pretty much went belly up.
This site claims to send your tobacco from Europe via the postal system, with appropriate delcarations on the package. If that's the case, there is no way that you could ever receive your order after July 1st. If they are still taking orders from U.S. customers, then it's a scam.
