i have had the exact same problems with this company as all others. they will not accept a phone call, and they do not answer emails. the only thing they do well is charge your credit card. to make a long story short, i filed a formal complaint with the BBB OF SOUTHEAST FLORIDA   4411 BEACON CIRCLE STE.4   WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA 33407.  you can also call them at 561-842-1918
