smoke51 they took $99.95 from my account my bank wouldn't stop payment because it was pending. Internet

i was looking for a website to buy cigarettes when i seen smoke51 offering a free trial so i ordered it they didn't say anything about buying i received a confirmation letter right away and thats when i found out they took 9.95 from my account so i thought well ok  so i waited for the package to come it came and then i noticed that they took 89.95 i called my bank to stop payment and they told me that they couldn't because it was pending that did not make any since to me they told me that i had to stop payment before smoke51 sent in the transaction how can that be? the transaction was pending for five days the bank just let them have my money i have not any letters from smoke51 on the money they took or the product that my money paid for the conformation letter i got didn't show nothing but thanking me for my order thats when i called my bank  i haven't received any letter from smoke51 about the 89.95 they took from my account nor have i received any thing in the mail.
