After smoke 51 quit delivering their ecigareetes and not answering their phone,they are back with excellent customer service and speedy delivery. I finally reached them and my battery exchange and cartridges will arrive on Friday. I have received my UPS delivery tracking number and notification.

I do not know what their problems were for the past 6 weeks,but they seem to have gotten their act together again.
