Beware of these companies. I ordered cigarettes on-line from www.smokerjim.net a month ago and got my cigs in 12 days. I recently put an order in and have no way to check it. I sent an email to support@smokerjim.net and got a message back of an email failure. I responded back to my order confirmation email, and same thing. I then checked my bank acct and found it was billed to cigarsonlineshop.com?????? I called their phone# 1-800-383-5022 and found they just are a billing company. I told him I want my money returned he said "you have to call the company you bought it from" Well duhhhh if I could I would. I told him if their your customer than surely they have a contact phone# or working e-mail. CLICK!!! I called the Fed Trade Comm and they took a report. As of now I am out $172 or cigarettes. If the Govt didn't close down all the American online retailers, we wouldn't have to deal with this kind of frustration. Me? I am make a trip or two to NC and get the same deal. Yeah its a ride-but worth it
