Smokers-mall.com Smokers mall False tracking #'s, time delays, no refund Internet

 Ordered August 17, a week later was provided a tracking number that was entered on August 15. Obviously false, it took them a further 3 weeks to address by saying "It showed back up here with no explanation." Claim they immediately reshipped, and do not have the original (supposedly correct) tracking #. That tracking # shows it went back to country of origin less than a week after shipping, but they haven't seen it. Demanded a refund which they claimed to process and I would see it in 2-3 days. It's been 7 now with no refund. Buyer beware.
