 About 2 months ago the cost of cigarettes in California doubled so I was on the hunt to find a cheaper way to grab what I needed . I did not want to go to the internet and being the trusting person my mother is she found smokers-mall.com and wanted to give them a try to save herself and her son some cash on cigarettes . I didn't trust them off the bat nor did I look into the company as I should but they have completely strung her along for the past month, after paying 28$ for the express 3-5 business day shipping the packages have been "lost", labeling was "destroyed" and returned over the past 5 weeks and kept coming back with lame excuses and offering "free express shipping on your next order". After offering that several times and after almost 6 weeks past the Arrival date the cigarettes finally came ... but only half the order . After asking for a return or to make it right by only getting half the order after all this time there has been no response back from the company other than you should recieve another tracking number in a few days, looks like we don't get the option for a refund, and are going to wait another month for this "express delivery". Also the 2 cartons that showed up were mine and let me tell you, these are much different than the ones I buy, these are pre-rolled and stamped with another companies manufacturing info but these are not what you get here in the states. If you want to save some money find somewhere else to do it, do not bother your time with this company. Thankfully they have not hacked into my moms account and stolen money... "yet" but I told her to be Leary and watch the account . I wouldn't trust this company with a dollar of mine .
