I placed an order w/this company on 10/13/09 & when I had not received any confirmation/status notifications by 10/19/09 I called & was advised they had sent an email requesting a driver license copy before transaction could be completed (which I never got)so I told them to cancel/void the order.

On 10/21/09 they tried to put a charge through to my bank which was returned & caused a $32.00 fee to my checking acct. I called the company 10/22/09 spoke to Christina & was advised to fax a copy of my bank statement to Althea to 859-292-3459 and they would refund the fee back since my order was voided 10/19/09 which I did on 10/23/09 & the fax would not go through so I called back & was given another fax# of 716-945-0640 so I re-faxed.

When I called a few hours later to see if the fax was received Christina again advised me Althea was out of the office until the following week & nobody else there could assist so I asked for a supervisor. I was left on hold for 24 minutes hung up & called back placed on hold for another 10 minutes when the supervisor came on. She advised me there was nothing they could do & my order was still in process after I had cancelled it & HAD MADE SEVERAL CALLS THEREAFTER ABOUT THE FEE.

 She also proceeded to tell me they had no record of my previous calls (HOW CONVENIENT), but couldn't explain how I got Althea's name & direct fax#...She stated my check had not been returned back to them in their system & when it does come back they are charging an additional $10.00. I had to pay my bank $20.00 to do an ACH stop on their company to keep them from debiting anything further from my checking account. This company cost me $52.00 in fees for nothing & an order that was cancelled.
