Smokey Mountain Concessions Please help me I have been ripped off $25,000 by this comp. West Jefferson North Carolina

Hello, To make a long story short Im starting a new business and I want to tell you my story. Six mths. ago I ordered a trailer from this company That was suppose to take 4-6 wks to build. Well at first I was not to worried because I understand things happen and I lut some time go by.And then wks.turned into mths.All that time we went through every thing you can think of sickness,parts that were running late,bad weather,and I could go on and on. Well 4 mths.went by and he says he has it done ..now we have to wait on delivery.Two wks.go by and the driver wil be there Tommorow he says guess what tommorow never comes.Then he tells me his driver quiet on him and he is having a hard time finding a new one because he lives in the mountain.And boy does he use that mountain for a excuse alot.Anyway he find a girl to deliver it he says.Ok I wait on her about five days and she starts delivering the trailer she will be here in the evening.And guess what a no show.The next evening I get a e-mail saying she is bring my trailer back because it was to heavy and it burnt up here clutch going down the mountain.After that he said he would deliver my trailer his self he was not going to hire any more out side people.But he can only do it on weekends so I wait a few more days.Then the weekend came and he never came.He called me a few days later and this is what he said.You will never believe what happend.All the time Im thinking oh yes I can because at this point we have been through just about every thing you can think of.A storm came through and hit the trailer next to mine I bet you thought I was going to say it hit my trailer no it hit the on next to mine just putting a little hole in the top and the side.I wait 2 days he says he has fixed my trailer good as new.I will be ther tommorow.He never shows up.He e-mails me and says he sorry something has came up and he could not make it.Before in a early e-mails he said I have been through so much he would give me $2,000 back because I have been through so much.Allso please note that he told me at one.. time if I found a driver that he would pay for him.Ok I think I have found driver he says he will go down to pick up trailer and he can pay him when he gets there.But he will need # vin number from trailer.I just e-mailed him yesterday again asking for my #vin number and to see if he will still pay for a driver and give me my #vin number he does not seem to want to give me.Still waiting as I write this. You are probably thinking why dont I pick it up myself being a woman I dont know how to haul a heavy trailer down a mountain.And at this point I have spent all my money on my cafe I rented mths.ago when I ordered this trailer. And it gets worse. I can not cook out of my Cafe because of not having a hood.So my trailer that I ordered was going to be my kitchen.So all these mths.ive been paying on a buliding,rent,ins,has been for nothing.Even if I use what little money I have left to hire someone to go get it who is to say it is even done. I want everyone to know the reason why im telling my story is not to make it hard for me to get my trailer but so the hope of me getting some help to end this nightmere.And why I should have to fight for what is mine that I bought and payed for along time ago.I hope that this story will fall in the right hands and this will soon end and I will have my trailer.But I allso want this to stop he should not have the right to do this to people.If he has done this to people before why is he still up and running? Please help me!
