I paid by physical hand written check for my sitncycle which was sent to me which pedals treaded wrong way and pedals falling off, all the time. So I properly returned product in 1 July 2014, I called regularly customer service on refund status only to get run around for six months from supervisors and they eord check was in the mail. They gave me corporate phone numbers that do not get you to anyone without extension numbers and when I guessed a numberone man SAID SMOOTH FITNESS WENT OUT OF BUSINESS and they do not handle SITNCYCLE there.
They owe me about $300.00. My three order numbers end last four numbers are 2018, 2019 & 2020.
It would be foolish to buy any products ftom this company in my opinion. I believe supervisors know this company
out of business. I called they out of product, no replacement parts until after New Years and I sent a snail letter to their physical CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS and it was returned UNOPENED and worst yet UNFORWARDED.
I feel sorry for anyone who made any purchases from this company and I welcome legal help, if at no cost to me!

I returned ONE SIT & CYCLE AND ONE SEAT PAD in JULY 2014 and AMY CUSTOMER SERVICE has REPEATEDLY 7X TOLD ME that the checks for aprox. $300.00 are in the mail. Now I hear you are out of business?
