SMS Supercars Warranty rip off, will not make good on repairs or reinburstments for repairs corona, California

I have had a mulitude of problems with the 570X Challenger which SMS Supercars built for me. On the last warranty claim they did not want to bring the car back to Calafornia. Rod the production manager instructed me to find someone who could make the repairs since the Dodge dealership I purchased it from did not want to make any warranty repairs because of the nature of the conversion. I found Advance Racing Dynamic and was directed by Rod to let them make the repairs. I was told by Rod that he would overnight them a check to cover the cost of the repairs. Well the car was done and I needed to pick it up. Rod assured me he would reinburstment me overnight so I paid to get the car back. 2 months later I still can not get anyone to return my calls or my emails from SMS about the reinburstment check. Rod will still return my text messages but they go no where. I'm still out $3,288.26. Since I did the deal with SMS to customize the car it had be an eginenering nightmare. So much of the promisses at purchase had not even but confirmed that it could even be done. The car went back to SMS a number of times so they could figure out how to make it work. While for not the bugs and shitty craftsmanship work has been corrected by Advance Racing Dynamic and things seam fine however I'm still out $3,288.26 for a warranty that was to come with the car. After some research on the internet I have found that Steve Saleen just does not honor his warranties.
