I ordered a halter with plaque from them 1/20/09. They told me it would be 4-6 weeks. On 3/16/09 I was wondering where it was. I contacted them and they told me "oh yeah we can get that done..". Basically they had lost the order. I asked to have it sent overnight once completed on them and they refused and proceeded to just cancel my order. They are going out of business and for good reason! I know of other people who have gotten stuff from them that has fallen apart as well. This harness shop and leather maker and halter maker is a fraud.
