SN Servicing Corp do not post payments the same day they clear my bank, claim I am late on statements,extra costs to baby sit them to prove it 4 one year Eureka California

I bought my house April 2008 I was always timely with my payments.  My current  had been moved around to a couple of diffrent mortage copanys during that time, which as being a home owner since 1990 I knew that happens from time to time, and no big deal...they own the loan they can sell it if they want to.   After I received my payment booklet the beginning of January 2013  I got another letter from my mort. lender telling me I was being pasted off again.  After that letter another from SN Servicing came telling me the new address to send payments to.  I thought ok best to change that into my banking pay online contact now  in case I ever need to pay online faster, I changed it immediately.   I pay my bills off line any chance I can.  I also made up a collection of prestamped addressed envelopes to replace the easy ones that came with my 2013 payment booklet.   Over the next year the few times I noticed they had not posted my payments timely, and I called and tried to tell them about it they talked over me and accused me of using the wrong address, they had an excuse for any opening line I had.  I was,trying to them that things were taking 3 weeks or longer to post which is longer than it should have taken because they only had to come from Raleigh, NC to Charlotte, NC as my fault. (they are a CA. company) They claimed "bad weather and closed airports were at fault not them.  My fault again," I should have taken weather into consideration"...nothing is EVER their fault. They like to accuse people of having "human errors".   The second time I called I was was hung up on after asking if the address I just quoted was correct?     The middle of Febuary 2014 I started to get concerned because I had not received a 1099 from this new company to file taxes, or a payment booklette for next years payments.  In the past every mortage company I have ever had, (and I have had many) had ALWAYS  given me a new coupon book with a 1099 at the end of each and every year and a secure online site to see my account if I needed a back up to do my taxes.  (credit cards which are not tax deductable in most cases give the YTD interest for the past year on the first 3 months of every statment, to include this month's interest. This company does none of that).     Sn servicing corporation took over my loan at the start of 2013. At the end of 2013 I was waiting with baited breathe for my 1099, my son had medical issues and I needed my refund fast. (and no I wasn't trying to get a "loan on my refund", just trying to get the ball rolling, my major was accounting I don't need help)  When it had not shown up by March 2014 I had to take action.  I have to admit if I know my bills are up to date and are the same every month I just pay them more than they were hoping for and take for granted that if they are honest and  will carry over a credit, or post payments timely so that the compounding interest on a long term loans will work in my favor if I pay extra.   I in turn should pay timely.  The end of 2013 and beginning 2014 my son was very ill and I called to give them advance notice that I might be late in January 2014 because of medical costs.  For the first time I paid the exact ammount of my loan payment due. They played their posting games again only this time they threw in I owed a late payment in Dec ( no extra towards princlpe which I have always done since 2008 ) so Jan. was an insufficant payment so I was over 30 days late which I did not notice until the Feb. statement which once again  was not posting payments timely either.      SO I call them which it is always torture to talk to someone that has an agenda and talks over you with a mantra message they use to screw the run of the mill issue. (like they had done playing the forwarding mail mantra that I had sent it to the wrong place so forwarding made it late)(it was never late enough to get a late payment charge just messing me over on posting dates for interest charges) At that point I knew I was dealing with a creditor that I had always heard about from waiting on customers during my work as a window clerk for the USPS for 27 years.  I had to take my own advice and pay extra so I can have a paper trail of the way they do business.   I have a 1 year record.  They even make bill pay payments over 2 weeks late saying they did not get them at all.  I got tired of paying extra for track and confirmation proof, and started making them talk to Bank of America about electronic bill payments to the correct address with the correct account # and letting BOA give them front and back of the check they cashed they did not get through bill pay.  I decided to make my bank "prove it" instead of me paying to mail it and track that too!   I beleive this company thought they could do to me anything they wanted to because I had to file bankruptcy in 2004 at the end of my 25 year marrige (which I had to walk away from a home I paided on over 15 years because my ex would have hurt me and my son if I had stayed)  and I must be an easy target with no integrety.  I have worked in a Federal building for 18 years I known the staff of an US Sentator that I will only call on when I have a paper trail...I have a year long one now.  I am ready to take these monsters down...who is with me?
