Snap Mailbox Snapmailbox Snap Mail Box SNAP MAILBOX WOULD NOT RELEASE MAIL. Internet

Snap Mailbox did not provide the service paid for.   Had trouble communicating with them. No phone number. Contact form on website does not work just get this error popup HTTP/2.0 404. Tried several time to get my CMRA form uploaded in order to forward my mail.  Their website would not allow me to upload the CMRA form so I emailed them instead and was told it'll be uploaded 1/10. Weeks gone by still having issues forwarding my mail. Emailed them again 1/29, was told to upload the CMRA form.  I forward the 1st email showing that I was told it'll be uploaded, I received no reply.  I emailed twice again and over a week has gone by, I get a reply it will be uploaded.  I waited for two days meanwhile receiving notification of incoming pieces of mail, tried several times to forward the mail and I would just be directed to the page to upload CMRA form.     I stopped contacting Snap Mailbox after that and ask Swyft Filings to help get in contact with SMb so I can finally get my 9 pieces of mail all business related Tax Board. EFTPS, EDD, etc. all important! Most time sensitive!  They couldn't get a hold of them by phone, instead just forwarded my emails to send to Snap Mailbox... I never recieved a reply, nothing about my mail, just two months refunded back to my Paypal account. Weeks gone by, I changed my address with the state and post office, never getting any of the 9 pieces of mail, Snap Mailbox charged me the 3rd month. Had to contact Swyft Filings again and they quickly refunded me and cancelled the 'service'   Snap Mailbox had everything they needed, my CMRA form and the $29 per month.  I do not understand why they refused to resolve this very minor issue.
