I had been searching online for a very specific hat, and when I found it on snapbackhatscaps.net I was thrilled. Foolishly, without reading any reviews of the site, or checking their about pages, I purchased their ’47 Brand 1996 Teal NBA Detroit Pistons hat.

Three weeks later I received a package, from China, too small to contain a hat. I knew right away something was horribly wrong. I opened the box to find a rolled up, bent out of shape New Era NFL Carolina Panthers hat. The wrong brand, the wrong team, and the wrong sport. What's even stranger is that this website doesn't even sell a New Era NFL Carolina Panthers hat.

The worst part of dealing with snapbackhatscaps.net was that when I asked for a refund or to be sent the correct hat, they said, "I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the item we sent you. As you know there so many items ship out everyday. So sometimes the shipping department confused. I do the apologize for them. I wonder it's there any chance you can keep it as it didn't have the quality problem."

When I informed them that I did not want any hat anymore, I just wanted a refund, they said, "Is there any chance you can keep it？then I would like to refund 10% as the compensation. It's that ok for you.we are sincerely to do business with you so hope to do more business with you in the future."

The hat cost $25.80. So, they were willing to refund me a whopping 10%, for an impressive total of $2.58. I told them I don't want their refund.

To add insult to injury, I left a review for the product on their website, but it was never posted because the site has a little warning for all reviewers, “NOTE: Reviews require prior approval before they will be displayed.”

Don't order this product, and don't do business with this company.
