I've been a Snapdollars member for several months, and I'm not very impressed. Their support is horrible, I haven't been credited for two offers in almost three months, even though they say it will only take thirty days at the most. I have received no useful response from Snapdollars support despite making repeated attemtps. Also it takes them anywhere from three days to two weeks just to respond(if they respond). I have even had them close my "Support Ticket" without giving any response at all. It's also annoying that the only way to contact them is through their website "Support Tickets", no email, phone number, or even a mailing address is provided on the website, I had to look it up at the Better Business Bureau. I would not recomend wasting your time signing up at Snapdollars.com. Now, this is not to say they aren't technically legit, they just do their very best to screw you around.
