SnarfDog.com - Snarfdogz Clothing Co. This company ran up $800 in Feb/March 2009 on my credit card without my authorization months after I had purchased T-shirts from the website. Daytona Beach, Florida

I purchased 2 T-shirts from this company in August 2008. When they arrived nearly 60 days after my purchase and after multiple emails pleading with the company to send me my purchase, they were of cheap quality, iron-on designs, far from what the site advertises. I did not try to return them due to the company's "No Refund" policy. I sucked it up, and figured I would just have to eat the $39 charge. 

Then months later, this company ran up $800 in Feb/March 2009 in addition to the $39 T-shirt charges I had back in August 2008. They waited several months after my $39 purchase then started charging my card in $200 increments. The total was $800 before I realized it and had the card canceled. The bank has refunded my account and was supposedly investigating this matter.

I have reported them to the BBB and the IC3 Internet Fraud Division of the FBI with no results. The owner of the company simply moves around to avoid being caught and charged. 

I am hoping that this report helps others out there from being taken advantage of by this very fraudulent excuse for a business.
