On Oct.15th, I pre-ordered ($265) a pair of jordans on this website for shoes that were not going to be released to the public until dec.20th, at which time they were to ship them to me within 3 days. I attempted to contact them via email and phone on numerous occassions to no avail. Never received the shoes and no explanation as to why. Since I pre-ordered the item, the purchase no longer fell within the 45 day qualifying period for their buyer protection policy, which meant i am out $265. In speaking to paypal over the phone, they were able to tell me of several countless chargebacks their account had for exactly the same thing. this guy, Rob Brodie, is just ripping people off like it's cool!!!
