SNK FENCE REPEATEDLY NEVER SHOWED UP AS PROMISED Forked River, New Jersey

When it comes down to promises, SNK FENCE does not care.  They were a month overdue in installing my backyard fence, after scheduling and not showing twice with no phone call.  When they finally did show, the owner, John, promised me face to face that it would not happen again if I hired him to install railings along my deck.  I told him it would have to be done by a specific date and that I was driving over two hours to be there for the installation so there could be no slippages like there were on the fence install.  He repeatedly promised he would be there as the railings are a stock item and the date had been blocked off for me.  When the date came, he didnt show and didnt call.  When I called him, he told me he was packing for vacation and would be back in a week or so and would get around to it then.  I told him that he had been given enough chances and cancelled the contract.  SNK FENCE then proceeded to charge my credit card for the entire job, as if they installed the railings stating that it was a special order job that could not be cancelled, even after John agreed on the phone to cancel the contract.  Bottom line is they are great at making promises they dont intend to keep.  They dont care about their customers, only about themselves.  They will not show up on schedule or call to tell you. And when they finally do show, their work is subpar at best (the fence they installed a month late is already moving up and down inside the weak concrete footings and its only been a month).  Sincerely reported here and to the BBB.
