I was surfing the web and found a product, Acai Berry Supreme, supposedly if helps in weight loss. Oprah and Rachel Ray"s name were included in the ad. So I thought it was a good product. For only $5.95 I would receive a free trial order. There was NO stipulation that there would be an automatic delivery of the product with them billing my credit card of $78.00.
I found this little tidbit out when I received confirmation of dilivery. So I called the phone number provided and there is no dial tone. I contacted them via e-mail stating my intention of canceling and returning product only to get a reply, you will hear from us in a few business days. I tried again but was returned "undeliverable". I also used Live Chat with company to no avail.
I then called to cancel the credit card used, and explained what happened. I was told there is no charge on the card in regards to product, I canceled it anyway and was issued a new number. I want to return this product but the return policy states, no product will be accepted if there is no RMA # on top of package. Has anyone been succeessful in attaining RMA or even contacting them?
