Snow Federal Seminars ChFEBC, Inc. The Snow-Cap Agency, FESI, FEBSI The new address for Snow Federal Seminars ChFEBC, Inc is a FAKE. Castle Rock, Colorado

The address of the 'new' company owned by Judy Snow's daughter Heather Snow Federal Seminars ChFEBC, Inc is not real.  The new company was filed on 7/20/09 with the Colorado Secretary of State using the address 680 Atchison Way Unit 500 in Castle Rock.   That location is EMPTY and locked with 'For Lease" signs on it. 

Judy Snow has sent out emails to the instructors that she owes money to and other debts that her companies The Snow-Cap Agency, FESI and FEBSI are "defunct" and there is no money.   Since the date of those emails, seminars are still going on and being sold under those 'defunt' company names.  It is my theory that the 'new' company was created with a 'new' owner to continue doing business and funnel the money to a different bank account to bypass all their debts.  Isnt that fraud?

Heather Clark who is listed as the new 'owner' has written to instructors that it is not her problem that Judy owes them money and she has nothing to do with it anymore.  Well, Judy, Heather and all the remaining employees still work together everyday at The Snow-Cap Agency, FESI, FEBSI location of 399 Perry Street Suite 320.  They can be seen daily walking to and from the building working together.

All the 'new' company phone numbers, fax numbers and P.O. Boxes are the same as The Snow-Cap Agency.

Judy Snow and Heather Clark have actively made calls to slander former employees to federal agencies and their clients to blame them for the demise of their companies.  When in actuality it is Judy's management skills and psycho behavior that has ruined their repuation and businesses.  A high turn over of instructors and employees is a clear indicator of a problem within.

Over the years their behavior has become more sociopathic and scary.  I think creating a new company to effectively cheat people out of what they are owed is the lowest of low. 

I would tell anyone considering working with them to run very fast in the other direction.
