Jim Biebeach & his team of misfits were contracted to take care of 3 Chrysler plants, 2 in Kokomo, 1 in Tipton IN. From Nov 2013 through Feb 2014 I had over 100 workers just at 1 plant. The checks were never on time or for the correct amount. Workers were never paid & they would just replace them. They owe me $9000 & even though I sent the proper documents they refuse to pay.

Jim is such a Snake that he tried to pull a fast one. Jim over billed Chrysler for bulk salt & got caught. Chrysler ordered that salt trucks have empty & full scale tickets. So Jim ordered the drivers to scale than go to the salt bin & unload it. That way he could bill Chrysler more $$$. Then we ran out of bag salt. We were ordered to refill empty bags with the salt from the salt bins so that Jim could charge for that to.

After being jerked around on pay I went to Chrysler and told them what he was doing. An investigation was launched & Jim was Fired. Losing a 3 yr contract they fled like the Cowards they all are. Jim is being sued by the contractor that hired him.

What Pisses me off is the fact that no organization will make this Low Life pay his workers. He is allowed to rip off any one he wants to without any consequences. He has illegal immigrants with no license driving & running crew's in Illinois.

If you have been ripped off by this Clown then it is about time to get what we have coming to us. Does Illinois not care ? Who is he paying off to look the other way ?
