Okay - Here's is the Deal. I saw this product on the internet. It's a Blanket that you wear. My wife and daughter are always cold - I thought this would make a great stocking stuffer...

So, off I go. I log n t the internet site provided to purchase this product. I wanted to purchase two (2) of these pretty neat blankets..

So, I log on to the site, I enter the color of the blanket(s).. Then I'm confronted with a 'Buy One', 'Get One Free'.. Not bad, I was planning on buying 2, now I would get four (4) for the price of two (2).. Oh no... You see they are going to charge you shipping for each Snuggy Blanket you buy.. So the blanket(s) would end up costing me $34.90. Well, that's not bad for four blankets (Right).. Now's when the SCAM really gets going.. Remember, my four (4) Snuggy Blankets cost me $34.90 at this point..

Ready.. Well they charge $7.95 for Shipping and Processing. This fee ($7.95) is for EACH Blanket (even the so called free ones), so now shipping is $31.80; Almost the cost of my four (4) Snuggy Blankets. So were now at : $34.90 for the Blankets & $31.80 for 'Shipping & were not done yes t..

This Company (I'm really not sure of the name).. But this company is now going to collect taxes - based on the state you live in. I live in New York, so they want an additional $5.59 for New York State Tax. The calculation they used was 8.375%. I'm really not sure how or where they came up with that calculation.. Are they collecting and paying New York and the other states? Hope someone is looking into this.. So were now at: $34.90 for the two (2) Snuggy Blankets and two (2) free, Then there's the $31.80 for 'Shipping and Processing', and now there is $5.59 for New York State tax.. So were at: $72.29. Hold on there's more.....

All of a sudden you are asked if you would like to UPGRADE to the thicker material Snuggy Blankets... THICKER MATERIAL... What is this all about. You mean I was going to buy the low end SNUGGY BLANKET. Now this is the first I've heard of this.. YUP, if I want the thicker material.. The REAL PLUSH SNUGGY BLANKET.. Well all I had to d was pay $5.00 to upgrade to the Plush Snuggy.... I know what your thinking.. $5.00 isn't bad..But the SCAM, Double, Triple talk continues. You see it's $5.00 per blanket - this includes those two (2) FREE Snuggy Blankets as well..

So, lets take a look.. Those two (2) FREE Snuggy blankets now cost us: $7.95 EACH for shipping and processing, about $1.39 EACH for New York tax and now $5.00 to get the Better Snuggy (I didn't even know there was a better Snuggy), they didn't mention a word of (any) f this in there commercial. So, were now going to pay $14.34 for the FREE Snuggy Blankets..

Okay, enough of all this double talk.. The original price for my order of two (2) Snuggy Blankets and two (2) free was: $34u.90... That's it....
However; After we get all that FREE stuff and those extras (like tax, shipping,
processing, better material), after all that.. Our original $34.90 now costs us: a whopping $92.29.. YUP... $92.29

Scam, double talk... I'm not done... I couldn't believe my eyes and ears.. I wanted to talk t someone.. You see I never finished processing my online order. Once I saw the fee of $5.00 to UPGRADE the blanket(s).. I just couldn't take any more. I just closed the UNFINISHED ORDER.... But, when I called I was informed that the order did go through. But it was on BACK ORDER. WHAT !! Back order at Christmas, These were gifts.. Back Order !!

So, I just got off the phone with SNUGGY's Customer Service. I explained how I had never ended or finalized the order.. I then asked to speak with a Customer Service manager... I was told - Sure, hold on.. I was disconnected after about two min. or so.... Well, I called RIGHT BACK... I finally spoke with a Customer Service manager (I won't mention her name).. I asked for the corporate address.. She gave me a P.O. Box in Wallingford, CT. But that's no corporate office. That's a processing center, only. That's where they mail you your Snuggy's..

To end my dealings with Snuggy Blanket (I call it that because I have found no other company name). I just had to write a letter. So, I asked for the name of the C.E.O. of Snuggy.. I was told, "I'm not allowed to provide his name"..
WOW... SCAM, SCAM, SCAM....

I'd love to hear from the 'Unnamed' CEO - So please Mr. Snuggy.. I'd love to hear your side.. PLEASE - I AWAIT SEEING YOU RESPOND.
