Denise Elliot the salesperson will e-mail your client incentives from he registration card and will not call you if your buyer client comes in to writes a contract. UNLIKE EVERY OTHER DEVELOPER IN THE METROPLEX
They have no obligation to pay a commission if you're not the present when your client signs a purchase agreement.
This is the most unprofessional way to earn the respect form the Broker community and I hope we can save you the hardship.
Please be warned, if you bring a buyer to their development they have no professional standards or ethics to pay you a commission and will do everything in their power not to pay a commission.
So7 Sales Reps advertise on facebook, myspace, and google ads they are Realtor friendly. Do not leave your clients e-mail with them if you visit them with a potential client.
