I made a purchase over $200 USD in April 2010 which was not honored. All my emails and phone calls have been met with a vacuum, never got a single response.
I never received anything in the post and I just took it that my order had been canceled.
Last week, 24th of November 2010, I see that SoapAndThings.com has just decided NOW to charge me $200USD extra without my consent!!!!
I have tried again to call them and their phone number is no longer working and 1 old phone number on their site always goes to answering machine and Jody never answers me back.
This is absolutely a company that are cheaters and wants to run away with your money, and everyone should stay away from them.
I have contacted my Credit Card company and lawyer to take action.No one should ever be duped by these scam artists.

I am sorry i have no idea what you are talking about and since you dont want to give a real name... i dont know how to help you. i have been over my records and have not found a credit charge for 200.00 or more that was NOT DELIVERED. i am not a big Company and ONE PERSON. you have not contacted me directly so this may not even be real...., if so please email me and we will sort it out!!

How could you have refunded me when "James B" is not even my real name??? You've never even asked for my transaction number, email, nothing???
Plus I've changed credit card numbers??? You've been caught out lady!
How many other good people out there are you scamming right now at this very moment if you are confusing me with someone else???
