Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort Deliberate indifference to customer safety, and intimidation of customers to cover up incident Mt Pleasant Michigan

I go to Soaring Eagle Casino on a regular basis, I was told by a  therapist I needed to  go to public places to acclimate myself to people, I have PTSD accompanied by PNES. Which means I have seizures caused by Panic in laymans terms. I have an innate fear of people I dont know and crowds in general. I confront that fear by going into public places, I always have someone I know with me to help give me a balance to offset the panic.

While at Soaring Eagle casino in Mt. Pleasant, I was threatened by another patron, I immediately reported this incident to the security personnel, and since the person who threatened me did it in front of staff, I thought it would be a clear cut case of them taking care of the offender.

No such luck, the officers I reported it to had to call a supervisor because of the seriousness, of the allegation, I was requesting the patrons name so I could file for a personal protective order against her. The supervisor of security told me nothing was going to be done, and he not only would not provide her name, nor would he talk to her. When I told him if anything happens to me because of his neglect I would seek legal remedy against the casino, he became aggressive and threatening, literally trying to turn the situation around by stating "are you threatening me? I find that threatening."

 I eventually had them call the police (tribal) and filed a police report against the offending person. I thought this would actually achieve something, the offender would be banned or something, nope, they still allow her in the casino.  And yes there have been a couple incidents where she was unpleasant towards me since the original incident. No more threats from her but my god the panic I feel knowing the casino not only wont do anything, but will actively try to cover it up, is absolutely insane. I have had to take my atavan regularly, since this occurred.

I still go to the casino, But now I have the offenders name and will file a PPO against her, the casino didn't give it to me, and they actually tried to make me feel stupid, when that didn't work they tried intimidation, when that didn't work, they tried cover-up. Nothing that happens at the casino or hotel ever makes the papers, or news in general. And the safety and security of the patrons is just a sham, it doesn't exist.
