Sobolsoft, Peter Sobol, Send Texts to Multiple Numbers software Sold software online, took payment, absolutely no response from tech support on defective product Unknown Internet

I was looking for a simple way to send several health-related texts to families that sign up for them. I found the Sobolsoft software and it looked legitimate so I downloaded it. It uses a reputable and great company called Twilio as the "backbone" to process the text messages.

The Sobolsoft software (called Send Texts to Multiple Numbers) instructs the user to set up a Twilio account and then enter the admin info into the Sobolsoft software to make it work. Iset everything up and it was working fine. I then purchased the software (for $19.99) and signed up for the full accoutn in Twilio. Then the Sobolsoft software stopped working. It would no longer send texts and would generate an error message. I tried 4 times within two weeks to get an answer from tech support...but no answer whatsoever...not even an auto reply.
