SoCal Credit Repair & Leases Sandra Gonzales, Seana Mascot BEWARE OF THESE SCAM ARTISTS California (CA)

I was looking in Craig's List for a suitable rental for me and my little boy and ran across an ad that directed me to socalleasecr.com and they also had a phone number. When calling the number a Sandra Gonzales answered the phone and began to discuss how they operated and what they had to offer in terms of properties for rent, help in credit repair etc.. and that there were several memberships to subscribe to that would open the doors to several potential properties that they claim they could assist in getting me and my boy a place to live.

Upon going to their website I chose the Baisc membership which was a one time fee of $28.00 which was supposed to be good for 30 days. Upon filliing out all the necessary information and providing credit card information, there was a mandatory box to check that was agreeing to the terms and conditions, however when I clicked on the terms and conditions it would not open, saying that there was an error and that the web page did not exist.

I tried to contact Sandra Gonzales but to no avail and proceeded to check out signing up for the Basic membership. The very next morning I logged on the website and noticed that the only listings they had available in Riverside county were about 7 - 9 listings that anybody can get off of Rent.com, Zillow, Trulia etc which is what appeared to be the case with them.

They just duplicated listings from other sources and charge people to get information they can get free.  Socal Leases and Credit Repair are not landlords nor are they official listing agents, the only way to rent a property on their site is to contact the property managers or listing agents listed on the other sites.

Also on my profile page I noticed my membership was only good to the end of June 2016, I signed up June 14, 2016 although the description of the Basic membership clearly states 30 days. I immediately called their listed number and spoke to Seana Mascot letting her know that I wished to cancel my membership and to have them return my $28.00. She claimed I could not do that and that I would have to go to the website if I wanted to cancel.

There is no place whatsoever to do so on their site so I sent them an email and called again only to speak with Sandra Gonzales. When I told her I wanted to cancel she also stated that I couldn't do that, there is a no refund policy etc. Both of them hung up on me after using profane language and names directed at me and have blocked my phone number from contacting them and blocking email capability by spamming my address.

Their last communication from Sandra Gonzales after I sent an email stating that I would be proceeding to file a complaint on them and reporting their fraudulent schemes was "LOL". So anybody looking for rentals in the LA county, Riverside county and San Bernardino county areas BEWARE OF SOCAL LEASES AND CREDIT REPAIR, SANDRA GONZALES AND SEANA MASCOT @ 909-587-2000.
