Soccer4less Did not receive shipment and have not received a response to an e-mail Internet

I have dealt with this company three times and had no problems whatsoever the first two times. I received correspondence on any questions I had within a day or two and had no complaints. I had ordered a jersey from the website and received an e-mail saying the jersey had shipped on February 5th. Soccer4less states shipments typically take 2-4 weeks to ship and they should be contacted if the shipment is not received after that point.

After 4 weeks I hadn't received the package so I sent an e-mail to ask what was to be done. After two days I did not receive a response so I re-sent the e-mail in case they had not received it. By the following week I had sent a final e-mail to them saying it was the third time I had e-mailed them and received no response. All I stated was I would like to hear back from them because I had nothing bad to say about them and I did not want to write a negative report about a business that had done nothing wrong until now.

It is now about six weeks since the package was said to have shipped and I have still not received the package or an e-mail to discuss compensation. I would not recommend doing business with these people because it seems to be like taking a gamble with receiving your package.

Soccer4less also says not to use inappropriate language or make threats and I tried to be as kind as possible in all e-mails to avoid a problem. If anyone disputes this I have all the e-mails for proof. Avoid doing business with these people as much as possible, pay full price for the jerseys and avoid taking a gamble with 30 dollars.
