I have learned that the Social Security Administration is not responsible for the wrong doings against recipients. Employees who work for the Social Security Administration is liable for the negative actions going on within this Administration. Likewise you have other employees who do there jobs according to the law.

In my findings I found that recipients can not sue the Social Security Administration; however, individuals within this administration who deny citizens due process, by discriminating, harassing, abusing, showing willful misconduct, malice, being grossly negilent, etc. are subject to the violation of the laws set forth by our government just like anyone else.

You see...the laws are set forth to govern our country. The laws are designed to protect the people of our country. When the laws are considered before passing and signing there are many other entities involved. Such as medical, education, science, documentation, history, etc. When the technical issues are ignored it becomes illegal.

Furthemore, I have endured so much by INDIVIDUALS within this administration. Because of the flagrant and transparent behavior I can now say this not a coincidence. I also think that other recipients are subject to the same treatment. If you have read this far let me explain. I have filed online complaints against the Social Security Administration with the Office of the Inspector General November 18, 2018, December 2, 2018, July 20, 2019, July 26, 2019, July 13, 2019, and most recently August 11, 2019.

A letter to the physical address of the Inspector General 740 N. Sedgwick Chicago Illinois 60654. Also the Social Security Administration Program Discrimination Complaint, Adudication office room 617 Altmeyer building 6401 security boulevard, Baltmore, Md, 21235. Why why why? Let me first explain the harassment part.

I am getting 3 or 4 letters a week from the Social Security Administration stating that I am no longer eligible for benefits and that my overpayment status has changed etc. for over a month now. Nevertheless, people within this Administration on numeous occassions went out on the limb to resolve these issues. These were the representatives, supervisors, and managers at the office of the Social Security  Administration 2416 S. Pulaski Chicago Illinois 60624.

These people are well aware of everything I type. They were even baffled by some of the letters I presented to them. A sure sign of harassment, abuse, provocation, etc. Others who assisted me and whom helped me resolve these issues were representatives from the call centers.  How can someone within this administration have access to our personal information, such as social security numbers, birth dates, mothers maiden name, etc.

The scam calls and behavior starts in the office of the Social Security Administration. How can these employees have the energy to sit and call me every other day, type up bogus letters, etc. and complain about having a back log. These people go to work and look at the recepients social media accounts. Instead of going to work to help others, Now lets talk about the culprits here.

Kendall Walker and Ms. Scott from the Social Security Administration at 6338 S. Cottage Grove Chicago Illinois 60637. After accertaining proof, evidence, documentation, etc. the burden lies on their doorstep. After going through the things above I thought the Social Security Administration had targeted me personally. The relief  and relishing thoughts came from the many who helped me.

I can not stress this enough. The idea of the many representatives who actually went out on the limb virtually told me that there was someone behind the scene deliberately manipulating the paperwork and abusing me every step of the way. Everything came together when Ms. Scott called me August 19, 2019 from 773-324-9589 leaving a voice mail message for me to call her at 877-455-7052 ext. 14801 (saved).

I called and spoke to Ms. Scott August 22, 2019 inquiring as to what is this call pertaining too? She stated that she was calling in reference to a complaint I had made.  I asked "what complaint"? I questioned her as to who she was, what office was she calling from, and her position. She stated that she was a supervison etc. Mind you...I had never made a complaint with this office. She was tryin to find out what my complaint in detail was all about.

I was also aware of this complaint being resolved in a positive way by signing into my social security portal account. She was unaware of me being aware. Being under attack is stressful, apprehensive, and complex. Because I did not know who was who and what was what until Ms. Scott made everything transparent. Ms. Scott and Kendall Walker have been doing these illegals for a long long time. Not knowing that they are subject to a law suit.

The adacity of Ms. Scott calling me after everything I had endured is nothing even remotely fathomable. Their superiors and colleagues may reprimand them but I am pursuing this through the media and court of law. They may laugh at my grammar, spelling, etc. But no one is above the law. And as I stated in the beginning. The social security administration did not discriminate against me. They did not abuse me. They did not harass me. They were not grossly negligent.

Their conduct was not deliberate. Ms. Scott and Kendall Walker did. Everything I type can be proven through documentation, receipts, faxes, emails, letters, phone calls, and messages, supervisors and mangers of the Social Security Administration, etc. Thank you for reading. Have a great day.

The Social Security Administration strikes one again here in Chicago. You know...at this point I am not upset nor do I have an attitude. Only acknowledging the reprehensibles within this administration by routine. I am now being subject to retaliation and harassment. I was called in for an interview October 19, 2018 by the Social Security Administration 8658 S. Sacramento Chicago Illinois 60652. First of all why was my case transferred from 6338 S. Cottage Grove Chicago Illinois? The second issue is the lady who interviewed me refused to give me her name after I asked emphatically several times throughout a 2 hour time frame? This lady was very belligerent, unprofessional, personal and subjective. She continuously asked me questions in reference to my ex wife. Such as my ex wife birthday, social security number, etc. She also became angry when I told  her that I did not know. She virtrually accused me of lying. Thirdly, after redetermination October 22, 2018 I get a letter in the mail stating that Social Security Would be taking out approx. $130 a month unil the money owed is paid back. When I had an agreement to pay back $10 a month 2 years ago. Is it interesting yet? I am now motivated by the bureaucratic illegallities within this administration.

I come to realize that this pattern of behavior has been going on for many years and affecting many poor people. I come to realize that my words are only mumbo jumbo. But the shallow decency of these conspirators would make waves for their family members if their family members were faced with the same situation. Such as a mother, father, sister, brother, aunt, uncle, niece, daughter, son, nephew, etc. And lets not forget about the grand parents. People who have mental disorders, physical disabilities, children who have challenges. People whom they may deem eligible for benefits. Which now covertly certifies them as being a doctor, psychologist, psychitrist, etc. Someone whom has went to college for 8 years and gradurating and thereafter attaining a degree in medicine. The laws are very clear. The mental and physical conditions are determined. When Social Security Administration throws a finger up at the science of medicine and the laws of America it becomes a crime in itself. Lets go further...The Social Security Administration gave me approx.  $735 a month for disability since 2012. My monthly expenses were approx. $847 and documented at that time for the Social Security Administration to see. 4 months of bills , account numbers, etc. paid up to speed excluding hygienic necessities, house hold necessities, traveling expenses, etc. This left me in a negative of approx. $150 and the Social Security Administration had it all in writing. As stated in my previous reviews I made appro. $2,100 from 2016-2017. This is how I made up for the difference/deficeit.

In 2017 I filled out a form called SSA-632 request for overpayment recovery or change in repayment rate. Asking that the money I made be waived or some kind of payment plan. The Social Security Administration on Cottage Grove here in Chicago would not wave the money even after I presented all of my bills equalling approx. $847 monthly current and the 3 previous months. Account numbers etc. However, WE did agree to paying $10 month back until dissolution. So why are we back here going through the same thing over again October 25, 2018 a year and a half later? Once again this is a form of retaliation and harassment. And now we can even call it discrimination. Let me tell you how and why. What makes a person eligible for having fees waived according to form SSA-362? How does the Social Security Administration  determine who's eligible and who's not? Because if the Social Security Administration waived anyone's fees here in Chicago this is discrimination. Because I was denied  and let me also say that I can prove everything I say by the paperwork in front of me. The same paperwork in my appeal 2017, the same paperwork attached to the SSA-632 form in 2017.

The ironic thing is that I am here today a year and half later filing another appeal and preparing another SSA-632 form for the same issue. Obscrued but obvious as to the dynamics in this matter. A cover up clean up is in process no doubt. Furthermore, certified letters, time, etc. is costing me dearly. I have stated this several times. Nevertheless, I am not detered by the wicked and evil devices by this administration. The things happening to me are unbelievable to say the least. God has given me the faith and insight. The fate of this adiministration is in the hands of a greater and much higher power. Whenever the media, federal government, etc. calls I will be on the front line with my paperwork in hand. The Social Security Administration here @ 6338 S. Cottage Grove Chicago Illinois 60637 has once again committed a deceptive and underhanded act. In this complaint I will attach images of receipts, check stubs, certified letters, etc. First of all, I am under a trenmendous amount of stress involving the Social Security Administration here in Chicago. I should not be subject to this form of harassment. It cost me a lot of money to send certified letters, fax, copies, etc. and hours on the phone trying to be in compliance with the rules set forth by the Social Security Administration. (Please follow me in detail) I am on SSI receiving approx. $735 a month. This amount basically covers my monthly expenses; expenses which have been documented and sent to this administration. I worked July 2018 and making $311 for that month. Reporting information to Jocelyn July 19, 2018 at the Chicago call center in the amount of $29. I also made a call to the call center July 27, 2018. I called back July 31, 2018 and spoke to Latoya @ a Chicago call center and reported $141. The month of July was reported as instructed. However, Social Security did not deduct the amount from July according to (Earned income exclusion) and standards for the month of July. After making several unsuccessful attempts in reaching the Social Security Administration by phone. I was advised to send certified copies of check stubs, etc. and this is what I did. For the month of August 2018 August 2018 I reported working and making $455 for that month (certified copies attached). This is where the problem comes about. According to the Social Security Administration method of determining what will be deducted is as follows.  (Earn income exclusions) We do not count the first $65 of earned income plus one half of the amount over $65 therefore we reduce your SSI benefit only $1 for every $2 you earn over $65. Understood ...so why wasn't my income from July not calculated separately from August? Why was I not sent a letter telling what the deductions were? In other words Social Security combined the two months and deducted $178 from my October check of approx. $730 which left me with $552 leaving me once again in strain. Why do we have people who work for the goverment, people we entrust with our information who sit behind the desk and deliberately set out to disrupt the lives of others. I go out in lenghts to resolve these issues before coming to "Rip Off Report". I was motivated to write after speaking with a lady by the name of "RONETTA" in Chicago's call center. A lady who felt confident and subjective about her opinion of goverment money being disbursed to people with disabilities. As she so emphatically stated repeatedly about this being free money and this is money we did not earn. This type of attitude from a goverment servant. The laws are made to support and protect the citizens of the United States of America. Anyone opposing the way the laws are set should contact his or her Congress man but not display this type of attitude to clients or residents of this country. It takes a lot out of me to sit here and try to explain in detail whats being done to me. The formulas do not lie, the paperwork does not lie. After writing the first complaint on "Rip Off Report" I got a letter from Social Security Administration Wilkes Barre Direct Operations Center P.O. Box 4556 Wilkes Pa 18767-4556 requesting information about medical condition etc. I am struggling to survive. Doing everything legally possible to live and the system continues to mistreat me. I am a 59 year old unhealthy man maintaining my health by the instructions of my primary doctor, medications, and exercise. The behavior of the Social Security Administration is deliberate misconduct and covertly corrupt. Their standards are set to defy the Federal courts, laws, and the certified medical field.
