Social Servies its a joke Balimore child proteective services County Maryland

my six year old step son did not live with us he was sopposed to live with his mother, however he told us and social servies he lived with bob. my husband used to be friends with bob and lived with him for about a month after seporating from his ex wife. after waking up twice to bob drunk perfoming oral sex on him he moved out. my step son desrcibes bob taking baths with him, sleeping with him naked and kissing his birdie, he also told social servies this. social servies told us serveal times that my step son and my husbands step son is bieng abused but they will not do anything about it. socail servies also claimed that his mother brags to them for "punching her son in his face when he pisses her off".my step son tells every one he likes when his mom and boy friends hit his brother with objects and with out.in three years she has moved between fifteen to twenty times, moving with boyfriends with criminal records from child abuse charges, drug charges to sex affenders. his mother would brag about her boyfriends and we always new someting was wronge when she did not then after she moved out we found out what charges were filed against her boy friends, however we found out about one while she was living with him followed her home and called the police when we saw him in the window. the police asked her to leave and wrote a report stating the mother was out side and the children was inside alone with the sex affender for at least fourty five minutes. a few days later we got the phone call from them again claiming the children are bieng abused but they wont do anything about it.
