I e-mailed and called.  No response, no answer.  Finally reached a "supervisor" who told me I should have read what I was signing up for.  I explained there was nothing for me to "read", only an e-mail that you were to disregard if you did not sign up.  I went back to the site trying to find out how I could have possibly overlooked these charges.  Turns out I did not overlook ANYTHING as it is buried in their terms and where I did eventually find this:

THIS IS A SCAM! and I intend to dispute it to the highest authorities. SHAME ON YOU socialprofile.com.
