I would like to warn the public abouit sofpool as summer is on its way and many people will be buying pools for summer enjoyment.
I bought a Softpool from a local dealer in Nebo NC. The day he installed it every fitting was cracked. He said they were cracked but not leaking and he would not replace them. The pool was not set up level and one side was 8" deeper.
Of corse the next summer the cracks were worse and it would not hold water.
Mike no longer sells softpool and I was out of luck. I emailed sofpool I very much needed the fittings. They emailed me back that they would not sell them to me and I had to go to one of the independent dealers for Sofpool... even if it was hundreads of miles from me and I am in a wheelchair. And would not help me at all... my $2000.00 had cleared the bank !
Today the useless Sofpool went to the county landfill with only a circle of no grass and a bad taste in my mouth to remember it by.
WARNING! Small company with backyard sales people that will not back up product !
