Below is the only email I have received with no return email to my multiple emails to them. I received bat today and it is not the one I ordered This bat is a 28" unmarked basegall bat. I ordered a Louisville Slugger LXT softball bat 33' drop 10. This website is a total ripoff. Consumers beware!!!
