I was trying to download Skype so I could communicate with my son overseas. I requested a one year subscription @ $19.95. I was processing through the screens. When I got to what I thought was the next to the last page, I selected the Next button and then the next page was blank. At this point I thought the transaction had failed, I was unable to locate any further information on Skype, and I didn't have the Skype program on my computer. It was a couple of weeks later that I found I had been charged $34.92. I fought the charge but since I had no back up information, there really isn't much I can do. I have notified my card company to not honor any further charges from "SOFTWARE HQ NORTH RIDGEVI OH" Hope this is of help to others.
