DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A TOTAL RIP-OFF!

I have been rippedoff by SoftwareDiner for non-delivery of software ordered on 19 Oct 05. They processed my order on 10/19/05 @ 9:20am (automated email) and failed to deliver merchandise as of 7 Nov. 05.

According to their automated email: "Orders are stated to be shipped within 2-3 days by USPS Priority Tracking Mail." No tracking number has been sent to date!

That was the one and only contact that I have had from this company: 19 day ago.

I have sent several e-mails to help@softwarediner.com without replay. In fact my last email was returned "deleted without being read"

Now I will need to spend my time trying to get my charges refund!
